※To prevent credit card fraud, we may refuse credit card payments in certain situations—such as when a transaction is attempted without prior notice to the shop, or for new customers whose phone number provided at booking does not match the number registered with the card issuer. While service may still be provided after verifying the cardholder's identity via an official ID, please understand that we reserve the right to decline credit card payment. In such cases, please pay the fee in cash.
・A cancellation fee of 100% of the course price applies to no-shows or last-minute cancellations made on the day of the appointment. Please note that individuals who fail to show up or cancel at the last minute may be refused future bookings.
・If you request a specific therapist, please be aware that they may occasionally need to leave early or be absent on the day of your appointment due to sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We ask for your understanding should we be unable to accommodate your specific request.
・We do not permit entry to individuals under the age of 18, those who engage in violent behavior or make unreasonable demands, industry competitors, or persons who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Additionally, if any illicit activity—such as secret filming or recording using mobile phones or cameras—is discovered during the session, the treatment will be immediately terminated. No refunds will be issued in such instances.
・We refuse all requests or bookings involving demands for sexual services.
・Any attempt to scout, poach, or privately solicit our therapists will result in a permanent ban from our establishment.
